1 General Terms

2 Account Registration

• Each individual may register one account only. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be cancelled and any funds held may be forfeited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Passwords should not be shared with anyone.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is prohibited.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required for high-value transactions.

For KYC verification, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license. This information is stored securely and used in accordance with 8bde's privacy policy.

3 Age & Eligibility

8bde services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon detection.

• Attempting to open an account while knowing you are underage is a legal violation.
• If minors are present in the household, it is the guardian's responsibility to keep their account secure and out of reach.
• 8bde provides a range of parental control tools that can be used to restrict access to the account.

4 Betting Policy

All bets on 8bde are calculated and settled in accordance with the platform's established rules. Once a bet is accepted, it is considered final and cannot generally be cancelled.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set in advance and may vary depending on the match or market.
• 8bde will not be held responsible for any delay in bet acceptance during live betting due to network issues.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally voided and stakes returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 8bde reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If suspicious betting activity is detected, 8bde reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, place payments on hold.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same match (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

5 Payments & Withdrawals

8bde supports a range of payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are completed through secure, encrypted connections.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, with the maximum determined by the selected payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification is mandatory before your first large withdrawal.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Transferring funds to another person's account is strictly prohibited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

8bde regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be met.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively.
• A wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be staked — must be fulfilled before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the promotional offer expires.
• 8bde reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

8bde reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misconduct toward other members or 8bde staff.
• Violation of the betting policy or payment terms.

Members may also close their account at their own request. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification, though this may not apply in cases where a violation of the terms has occurred.

8 Privacy & Data Protection
